its true he has lost a lot of agility and lateral speed compared to his cleveland days but somehow he has become a better overall player since then. When he gets a little older like Wade is now, I should hope his peers and coaches and advisors tell him to go back to his rookie weight to keep his lower legs intact.

i also read somewhere Bron does a lot of yoga and flexibility exercises.

lebron posts up plenty, he finishes in the paint easier due to his size, and he hasnt lost that much athleticism .

by bulking, he has become a more well rounded offensive player. before the bulk he was mainly a perimeter player, now he's in the post here and there plus a great finisher at the rim now. if you watch the youtube video of him working with olajuwon, he admits himself that the past few years he has been living on the perimeter.

People who think lebron bulked up on roids or growth hormone are just uneducated idiots really.

Look at any guy who has dedicated 3+ years in the gym and they will have a strong upper body like lebron. Lebrons musculature isn't gross or beyond that of what his frame holds naturally.

I agree with you that Lebron could easily bulk up the way he did without the help of PEDs.

However, you would have to be naive to believe that there is no possibility that NBA stars (Kobe, Lebron, etc..) aren't using them.

On a side note, I'm sure you guys know this (but I'll remind everybody anyways), PEDs aren't necessarily used to "bulk" up, but rather they are used to recover quicker. This plus the added financial benefits of using them vs not using them leads me to believe that they are normally used in the NBA.
