Hey at least our city isnt named after a woman. Not to mention the charlotte shitcats, charlotte p*ssies or whatever you want to call that miserable team. If you are getting ragged on by a raptors fan then you know your team is dumpster material lmao

So only US cities can be world class?

Nope. Dont get me wrong, dentistry is a great profession so you have clearly done well for yourself but my life aint so bad either. Besides, one's career isnt everything. For all I know you could be 5 feet tall with a 4 inch dick and anxiety issues.

Doesn't Dentistry have the highest suicide rates? I wouldn't call that a great profession. Cleaning peoples teeth everyday, for the rest of your life? Also knowing that everyone you see doesn't even want to be there?
There are other ways to make money without having to put your hands in strangers mouths on a daily basis.

Come to Asia then!
Where they:
Dont hold open doors
Smoke in elevators
Spit and throw trash everywhere
Cut in front of you in lines
Kids shit in front of you
Shove and push you to get on buses
And much more!
If you're a stranger, its like you don't exist. Smile at random person on the street, get a stink eye in return!
For what its worth, I loved Toronto when I visited. Super clean and friendly.

There is a global Fortune 500 list. Obviously still pretty US centric, but it's not like Toronto doesn't make that list more than any US city not named NYC.

In my experience, Toronto doesn't have that much to offer. Pure corporate cold soulless expressway traffic too visibly ethnic clubs close at 2 bahhh....much prefer Montreal and Vancouver as far as Canadian cities go.
But I really did wish for you guys to open your Casino so I could come by and take all your money at the poker tables. Those electronic tables they have at Woodbine just don't cut it

Re: That feels, bro. I hate TORONTO
Toronto has everything needed to be a world class city. It's an economic center, an entertainment center, major sports franchises, and a dense population. I've gone there twice for business and I had a great time. Decent clubs, decent restaurants, culturally diverse.
The one issue I have with Toronto is that it lacks an identity. There is not a singular thing I can think of that makes this city unique. Not a destination city type of reputation. Every world class city has some sort of unique reputation it holds with pride and the city caters to.
Even the Torontonians (I've heard the locals call themselves that) seem to lack an identiy. If you check out the eastern seaboard you can tell who's from where. You can seperate someone from Philly to Jersey, New York, Boston, Pittsburgh, heck, even from Miami, Chicago, LA......People have a different flavor about them. My guess would be Torotonians try to replicate New Yorkers, but a poor man's version. For the comment of not being polite which the OP started, that where the attitude may stem from. But all in all I find the overall attitude much more pleasant. Like I said, come to Philly and you'll find out what rude is.

I enjoy diversity. But not when a city is overwhelmed by it. Whether you think it's racist or not doesnt really bother me. For example I like montreal because it's got a mix of Italians, Greeks, hatians, Lebanese, Armenian, Asian, etc. you don't feel overwhelmed by one ethnicity.
I walk around in Toronto sometimes and feel like I'm in Hong Kong. I go to casinos and I'm the visible minority. For me it lessens how much I personally value that city. Maybe that sounds racist, but I don't really care
