Shaquille O'neal is overrated.

The more I look at it I have to think that Shaq is overrated as ****.

He has played with Penny, Nick Van Exel, Steve Nash, Amare Stoudemire, Kobe Bryant, LeBron James, Dwyane Wade. NEVER had a bad or even an average team besides him and all he can show for us are four rings that three was with the greatest player of the 00s decade and even then they were one or two plays from being left with one ring only. And the other ring was a complete rig for the series by the NBA giving Wade a million of FTs on phantom calls.

Don't get me wrong, his peak is up there, 00 finals are legendary to say the least, but he got spanked by Hakeem in his first trip to the finals, as a leader has been swept multiple times in his prime with a very good team around him too.

Let's not also forget the massive ego. The time he quit on Miami by faking an injury. The time he came in overweight. The time he demanded 30 million while being old.

He's not overrated in terms of his impact and direct wins of his play.



But he has seriously under achieved though.

And I thimk if he could do it all again he'll do the same thing and be OK with it. Hes not the type to sacrifice his life and food and fun to win, like Kobe mj ray Allen etc.

Magic, Kobe, Kareem, LeBron, Duncan, Bird, etc. were not able to accomplish that.

He could be a top 3 or 4 if he hadn't been lazy with his conditioning.
