Since we are on the Duke train, remember William Avery?
I don't remember if he was a star at Duke or not....but this guy was brash enough to declare for the draft in 1999. he came in at the same time as Brand, Battier, and Burgess.
He got drafted mid 1st round by the T Wolves then after his rookie 3 year contract ran out, no one signed him lol...

And let's not be entire anti Duke only here.
Tyler Hansbrough had his jersey retired and while I don't think he is that much of a scrub, UNC, Duke, and UConn players tend to be overrated and get nepotistic treatment due to their prestigious college background.
