I mean unless you're living in the small towns and back country of southern states or well anywhere in Oklahoma, this won't be an issue if you live in a big city down here. I've only had one time in my entire life where I've had a racial incident with someone and it was in a smaller town.

Orlando's night life is pretty good, you just have to know where to go. But I will agree there's not much to do here, but I'd rather live here than in Butt-f*ck nowhere Tallahassee or something.

Got to say Tallahassee is beautiful...especially FL State. But yeah, not sure what there's to do there.
Most people don't know about small town Central FL and Northern FL...it's pretty damn boring. There's only so many times you can go down to the beach

It starts getting pretty southern once you hit G ville, You'd mistake Orlando for somewhere in the North given how normal people are here. I'm not American so I when I moved here I expected all people in Florida to be like they are in Orlando, boy was I wrong

It's a college town and that's it really, but Orlando is a fun place (I live and go to school here so I might be a little biased ) there's stuff to do if you know where to go.

Yeah, I was surprised at all the rednecks in FL lol.
Still not a bad state though...wouldn't mind living in Tampa or Jacksonville someday.

Honestly, take away the Florida beaches, and it's not that great at all. Central Florida is hot, flat, and there's nothing going on.
I'm in savannah. It's only us, Atlanta and Macon. Every where else is a piece of shit. But we definitely aren't the worst. I love savannah though.

Re: Worst State in the US?
My vote goes to Mississippi.
They're the fattest state, least educated, highest teen pregnancy rate, have a ton of poor people, too religious (which isn't inherently bad, but it's a red flag) etc. Their state constitution states "No person who denies the existence of a Supreme Being shall hold any office in this state." Along with the rebel flag on their state flag, it just reeks of a backwards culture.
At least other Southern states have their strengths, be it beautiful nature, women, sports, or famous inventors. The only thing off the top of my head that Mississippi has contributed to the world is this gif:
And the player was born in Texas anyway.

To be fair, I was only there was little bit downtown, so I didn't exactly get enough time to explore. But in general, I like Orlando a lot. We went to Daytona last spring and ended up moving down to Orlando for the rest of the trip.
