Condolences to his friends and family, not shocking considering he had advanced cancer but still very sad. His coaching revolutions helped to define a decade of great basketball. RIP

Holy SH!T, I just found out about this.
Terrible news. Chuck always seemed like a great guy. Very classy. I feel like I know him personally. A terrible loss for the NBA and Chuck's family. Wow.

RIP. He will be missed. Although the Bad Boys Pistons was filled with dickheads, he was a class act and a great coach. Definitely better than Phil Jackson.

Hated but loved your Bad Boys at the same time back in the day. Thanks for bringing gold to America as well! You will be missed but never forgotten!!! Man we really need to find a cure for cancer.
