The only thing Nash did differently than usual is score 30+. So yeah, it pretty much is about Nash's scoring. No doubt the Spurs will adjust to Nash. The difference is if you take Nash's scoring away, the Suns have more capable offensive players to shoulder the scoring burden. They've replaced Bell and Marion with Richardson and Grant Hill, who can create offense. Like I said, the Suns are better when Nash is more of a facilitator.

Nash got 30 pts, just like Dirk was on fire game 1.
Phoenix Suns won game 1, just like Dallas did.
SA Spurs lost game 1, just like against Dallas.

Conclusion: This series is an exact copy of SA-Dallas which means that SA will advance in 6. Stop talking like Nash is the only guy in Phx that is an offensive threat. Your so called strategy has always been to let Amare go wild while everybody else is contained.

Of course I wouldn't be shocked if Spurs win the series but to back up your arguments with references to the Mavericks series is absolutely ridiculous.

I hate the way the Suns are playing right now, so ugly. And Grant Hill needs to hit some damn shots when he's in. So far, terrible 1st Q.

I've seen enough. Spurs would be a much easier matchup for LA if both advance. They have one guy on their team who can shoot (Manu). Stick Artest on him and clog the paint = win.

Lakers would probably beat the Suns too but it would be much harder. They are good at everything the Lakers have issues with:

- Pick and roll
- 3pt shooting
- Transition offense
- Quality PG and bench play

Lakers only advantage would be rebounding and size.
