found the thread from last year

    http://insidehoops.com/forum/showthread.php?t=92751

    I got 12th out of 14

I've got mocks from UConnCeltics and LBJames2010 but you guys might wanna wait. As you can see from last year's thread there was some trading of picks before the draft actually started which changed some picks.

I'll do it. A few questions though.

How do we account for trades? Is it just the # they are actually drafted? Like if the Knicks traded up for the #4 pick, and the Kings got the #8 pick, the player drafted by the Knicks would obviously still count as the #4 pick. Nevermind. Or if the #4 drafted player was traded by the Kings after the pick. Again, nevermind, kind of a stupid question.

And we aren't doing the second round right? But say you have a player picked at 30, and he's picked 31 (ie. in the second round). Do you still get the appropriate amount of points for being close? Like let's say you have Patty Mills going to the Cavs at 30, but the Wizards end up picking him at 32. You still get that 1 point, right?

Yeah you still get that point if it goes into the 2nd round. And the points are based off of their actual draft slot. But there's usually a trade or 2 on draft day hours before the draft starts that could change draft position, so you might wanna hold out on sending in your mock as long as possible.

Is it just me or is this the hardest year in a while to make a mock? Guys like Flynn, Curry, Holiday, Derozan, and Jennings can go anywhere from 4-15. James Johnson, Earl Clark, DeJuan Blair, Tyler Hansbrough, BJ Mullens, Gerald Henderson, and Terrence Williams can be anywhere in the 10-20 range.

There's no clear cut favorites between Harden/Evans/Derozan, Flynn/Jennings/Holiday/Curry, Lawson/Maynor/Teague, Blair/Clark/Johnson/Hansbrough, Williams/Henderson, Sam Young/Chase Budinger, or Collison/Mills. Where Calathes will go is a difficult decision.

I think we could have some really low point scores
