Rose is the least of my worries. Magic dominates and Michael Jordan will shit on anyone past, present or future. I also think some people under estimate how good a guy like Barkley was. Robinson, Pippen, Malone, Ewing. Hell, even an aging an injured Bird was a great player in 1992.

Why does every single benchmark of athletic achievement continue to get lower every 4 years then? World class athletes aren't the general population. It's not some jump in evolution. It's training and focus. You see many NBA players lighting up a smoke in the locker room these days? You see many not touching a ball or weight until they get to camp?
