Default How's D.J. looking so far?

I haven't been able to catch a pre-season game yet so for those who have seen him how's he looking? I still think he has the potential to be very good, and hope he starts to cash in on that this year.

He's been pretty solid in the last 2 games.

The shot is there. He's taking more pull up/midrange vs driving to the rim and it's working well. We're not running the ball so much thru him on offense (with mixed results...Boris & Jax are TO prone) and he's not really been matched up against the better PGs...but it's hard not to be optimistic so far.

From Bonnell's blog:

Augustin tops NBA in assist/turnover

Charlotte Bobcats point guard D.J. Augustin now has the best assist-to-turnover ratio in the NBA.
After last night's 11-assist, one-turnover game, Augustin has a 4.61 assist-to-turnover ratio, topping New Orleans' Chris Paul (4.55). Assist-to-turnover is a pretty reliable measure of a point guard's efficiency running the offense.

I'm happy with his play. He's much more focused and you can tell how intent he is on being the best that he can be. For himself and for the team.

A candidate for most improved player???
