A New York Police Department officer monitoring Facebook saw the post on July 17. Hours later, the Queens man was arrested for “making a terroristic threat," a felony, according to WNYC. He was later charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

So after making that statement home gets his door kicked in and they catch him mid toke.

Someone on my facebook linked to a video from Bill Whittle, some conservative commentator who had this 9 minute video on this case and how the media portrayed shit how they wanted, which i totally agree with. But he goes on to show that he has an agenda himself lol.

In the video he speculates that trayvon bought arizona watermelon and skittles because combined with robitusson cough syrup, they make this artifical codein shit and apparently Trayvon was into that stuff...the guy refers over and over to text messages, fb posts, online forums that trayvon was on.....I hadn't heard of that theory before but made me lol

here is the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ebu6Yvzs4Ls

it's rather ironic that this guy is trying to push his agenda via chastising the media for pushing their own

- presenter dude managed to separate race. that's a really good thing IMO. this case is way more than about race. it's just as much, or moreso, about dress code and behavior... especially while wandering around like a teenager talking to GF on cellphone earpiece.

- presenter dude starts talking about possible drug dealer overtones. specifically over the possibility of marijuana... an herb repeatedly shown by scientific studies to be way more (and i mean WAY MORE) less harmful than legal tobacco and legal alcohol. any idea what his point is, then?

- video is 10x longer than the one i presented and challenged people upon, apparently proving what, exactly...? difficulty in comprehension or logic? i don't quite understand.

so, raymone... want to read my post again and try once more?

I just re-listened to John Good's tape recording.....

Why in the hell didn't the defense mention that John Good said he saw Trayvon getting up off of Zimmerman before the shot?

I would of atleast played the tape. John Good even said it looked like Trayvon was trying to hold down Zimmerman.

lol

People are really still arguing about this decision and what happened that night? I mean didn't the eyewitness statements and pathologist reports pretty much confirm zims story? Zim obviously was over zealous and made a mistake that night, and im sure he'd be the first to admit that, but what he did was not illegal and it didn't seem racially motivated (my opinion of course, could be wrong, but even if I am it's not illegal to be racist).

It's really astonishing how people will eat up this media narrative they were fed and hold onto it, even in the face of overwhelming evidence. Please people just move on with this case, it is nothing but a scare tactic by inept media that is creating tension between two groups of people based on something as trivial as the pigmentation of skin.

Nope. There was barely any eyewitnesses. The best one was John Good and he only saw like 8-10 seconds of it and he couldn't exactly tell what was going on.

He's done nothing but lie his ass off trying to distance himself from as much responsibility as possible. In his interview with Hannity, he says he did nothing wrong and it was all "God's plan".

There's no overwhelming evidence for either side. Have you followed the case at all?

There's more to the case than the media BS.

i don't think that tea-partier of a cartoonist, michael ramirez, got the memo on that yet.

going by his work he seems to think he's side by side with sam adams dumping crates in to boston harbor.

And that eye witness report seems to support zims claim did it not? Also you seem to not address the pathologist which also confirmed zims story. These two pieces of evidence should be enough to show zims story, at least the end of it, was true. Everything leading up to the end, is all assumption. What isn't assumption is no injuries to trayvon other than the finger, which indicates that zim never hit trayvon.

There of course is inconsistencies in zims story. Whether he's lying or just unsure is a moot point. The facts, that we can gather from the eyewitness and pathologist, along with the autopsy indicate trayvon was on top of zim punching him and zims head was at least bouncing on the concrete. Zim then shot trayvon, who was on top of him. Everything else is just speculation and had no business in a court of law.

You may think zim is this super criminal that masterminded this whole murder of innocent trayvon, like some people seem to think on here. Or you think zim was this hero who gunned down this thug to protect himself and community. I personally think two dumb people made a series of dumb decisions that led to the death of one. It's sad that a 17 year old was gunned down, but this really should not be news. And it especially should not have gotten the attention it did.
