Either way the best man won...which makes me happy because talk show hosts on am 710 were picking the nuggets to be ahead of the lakers. now we have the 2-1 advantage on them. Great win. Good performance from Bynum and Pau...Kobe...not gonna go there.

I'll go there......but first, I thought everyone played very well offensively.
Kobe was cold for most of the game, but 23 shots are acceptable for him in my eyes. I look at the 20 points he scored + the 9 assists as contributing 38 points, so 38 points in 38 minutes played works for me. Pau's 13 points + 4 assists put him at 21 points in 36 minutes, add in 17 boards, I am happy with this. That behind the back unnecessary dribble at the end was really dumb.
Bynum really needs to work on his passing.

Defensively......DFish Pau
They should be allowed to carry a rope and lasso guys

I will be honest with you, I didn't watch the game. 23 shots does not look bad at all, but were they good shots? Was it within the flow? Or was he stalling it and shooting after 75 pump fakes?

Yup, I was impressed by G-Lock too.. That kid reminds me a bit of Kobe in his first 2 seasons in the nba. Kid shows heart and has the guts to tell the other veterans on the team where to go. Few times he pointed at Kobe to make him go someplace else so G-Lock could make a play for somebody else (I think he setup play for Bynum while Kobe was asking for the ball). Takes guts to wave Kobe away and setup play for somebody else.

Good win overall. I wasn't expecting them to close out the 4th quarter.

Kobe wasn't shooting well at all for majority of the night yesterday. Took him a while to warm up slowly and start hitting his shots. It did seem like he tried to set other guys up tho; wasn't quite greedy selfish Kobe that you sometimes see out there. I was okay with it; took few very low percentage shots, but you know Kobe. Can't complain.. Some of the shots he made were impressive tho.. especially the no-look over and behind the head shot (anyone remember the Jason Kidd shot 4-5 years back? reminded me of that)

Denver was playing great defense on Kobe, I am surprised nobody else mentioned that yet. I was impressed by Denver's defense on some of the other guys too. They just couldn't stop Bynum tho no matter what they did. Nene also wasn't shooting too well.
