Winning FMVP could have make him cocky and overconfident. I think he has great motivation now that he didn't win FMVP, a repeat is imminent in this scenario and his ceiling is yet unknown. That team has pretty much ZERO ego issues.

He went from a "maybe" star with ankle issues to the GOAT 3PT shooter in NBA history. You think he really cares about the FMVP after winning B2B MVPs and the only unanimous MVP in NBA history?
