With the refs calling games like they have, VladRad is not quick enough to defend starting small forwards. Athleticism and quickness is the name of the game now. VladRad has always been best suited as a 6th man. Someone who can come off the bench, play a significant amount of minutes while shooting the lights out and providing instant offense. That's just my opinion. I would like to see the Lakers implement a 3 guard lineup.
