Coaches can evolve and get better. Spo is a prime example of that. He was the joke of the league when he was hired to coach the superteam. But look at him now...

They didn't lose either of those finals because of Spo. He did a real good job defensively though offensively he should have done a bit better, but I blame Lebron not being as coachable as well (even though he became a lot better off the ball there)

The Heat remind me of the Post-Carmelo Nuggets who stormed the West conference for 50 wins without a known name

On this team, wht can you say: Dragic is their most well known player but no way in hell will he go to the ASG this year.

And about the Bucks...Can someone explain me why did they trade for Bledsoe? Brangdon was doing quite a good job last year and with Giannis and Middleton, they had enough guys handling the ball already. They may have put an halt to their ROY growth for a guy who don't do much moe than what Giannis is already doing...

And Doc Rivers isn't doing so bad considering the amount of injuries the Clips had this year. But I feel like it's more Lou Williams.

the Bucks needs to focus on fast break defense as well as setting up their defensive position

you need to either make the Heat double you, or have a player who can not just score on the roll, but pass as well

Doc feels like a coach again, where his team is listening to him. It helps you have a bunch of G leaguers desperate for their next contract. I remember the Warrior game TO 4mins left, he was telling one of them "just be you.. just be you" until his player started laughing. There was too much drama in his previous team.

My bad, forgot he was hired the year before. No one really talked about him until the Heatles came to be.But my main point still stands. Everyone thought he was a huge joke.

Back to back losses , gives me the Willies....

Their bench sucks and their coach doesn't coach a good rotation,

Here's the gip from Milwaukee.... Kidd keeps using the youth are learning crap , and the bottom line is these guys are no longer young...

Brogdon 25
Hanson, Giannis , Middlton have all been in the league for 5 years...
Bledsoe is not young either.

Kidd needs to go.
