Should The NBA Create Their Own HOF?
If you did not know, there is no NBA Hall of Fame. Just the Basketball Hall of Fame. It consists of how players perform on the college and professional level. I'm not sure about the high school level. So basically you can be the greatest college player on Earth, go to the NBA and be a role player and journeyman for 15 years and still make it to the Basketball Hall of Fame because of what you did in college.
This reason along with the addition of a ton more important stats such as blocks are a reason I think the NBA should create their own Hall of Fame. Also there are like a trillion people in the Basketball Hall of Fame. Just a NBA Hall of Fame would cut that number down and make the honor of being a NBA Hall of Famer that much more special because you know you're in the right company.
134 players dating back to 1960s

There are guys who were inducted in the past decade that I never even heard of, I mean, you could seperate the Nate Archibalds from the Isiah Thomas.
I say do it!
For the new era to understand. You'd seperate the Shaq's from the Vlade Divacs, the Kobe's from the Tracy McGradys the LeBrons from the Vince Carters.
