Default I talked to my T-shirt guy

He told me "basketball people" don't spend any money. He was only carrying 2 different final four styles and I can't remember the last time I seen any pistons gear. It's all MLB and NFL these days.

The NBA has limited appeal to Men over 40 and women. I will say older black males are more likely to follow basketball than other races of the same age group. I know my grandpa can name less than 5 players of all time. Jordan, Magic, and Bird would probably be the only ones.

Pretty sure he's talking about people wearing sports team related shirts. Like Heat 2012 Champion shirts or something. But yea, no one wears that shit anymore. I don't and probably won't

Yeah, I spoke to my socks guy two weeks ago, and he told me that white socks with the wavy texture on top are also selling much less these days. He tells me the 60+ demographic is still big on brown socks and that babies are the worst consumers ever and should be shot on site, which I politely agreed with.
