Default Brandon Knight to the Knicks?

What kind of value does Knight have?

The Knicks need a second guard, esp w Calderon's injury risk. Larkin fits a point guard led offense, but doesn't fit the triangle. Knicks need a bigger guard who can defend and shoot.

Larkin, thanasis (brother of Giannes), and a 2nd?

Larkin, Hardaway jr, thanasis, dalembert for illyasova, knight?

I take the latter trade if I'm the Bucks and run.

Knight's probably going to want to get paid and he's just not that good.

I think he'd be a really good backup pg esp in the triangle. And I think a illyasova would fit perfect.

    Calderon/knight
    Shumpert/jr
    Carmelo
    Illyasova/acy
    Bargnani/smith

That is a rotation to play the triangle and not have to resort to ISO Carmelo and jr.

Hardaway is looking great and a key piece. But to get knight and illyasova it would be worth it. Larkin, dalembert can be filled in for by prigioni/Aldrich good enough, and thanasis is a good prospect but still have cleanthony.

Dude remember how you always wanted to get Bargnani to the Knicks because you thought he would be the perfect fit? Well guess what, he fcking wasn't. So cut that shit out. Your obsession for Ilyasova and Bargnani, 2 terrible defenders. Do you think Phil wants the Knicks to be the worst defensive team in the league?

There's not much Phil can do with this roster, so a trade could happen. Just don't think it's this one.

No way the Knicks are giving Tim Hard away. Specially to acquire Ilyasova and his 3 year contract.
And Dalembert isn't going either because he's the only rim protector on the team.

Bargnani is a good fit with Carmelo. This actual system will show that.

To keep Carmelo at the 3 the team needs another 4. Wear almost fits that role best, so you just need a better wear - Illyasova. Bargnani and smith are both better defensively at the 5 so 25 or 30 mins more of all of the bigs defending their best spot.

The weakness of the Knicks is backup pg and at pf. (Considering bargnani and smith both being better against centers.)

Yeah, a chucker PG who shoots 33% from 3 would be perfect for the triangle.

You saying that just proves that you have NO idea what the triangle is, not that I'm surprised.
