Also his average in game coaching will show in the playoffs.
Besides, they probably won't be able to keep all the talent past this offseason.
Are you educated at all when it comes to knowing who George Karl is as a coach...? GK and Melo never really got along well. George always had to make sure Melo got his 35+ minuets per game along with his 25+ shots. Also had to deal with that same scenario with Allen Iverson, and somewhat with Billups.
Now George has an extremely young, talented team that is team oriented an loves to play defense. SOMETHING HE HAS NEVER HAD IN DENVER... In all of his years as a Nuggets coach, i have never seen him this passionate. Ever.
He has said several times that getting this Melo drama over with has taken a gorilla off his back. Also have to figure getting over cancer for the 2nd time has maybe given him more fire in what he loves to do.
So please do some damn research before making yourself look stupid.

There's literally this one guy on ISH who constantly makes threads about George Karl's alleged "incompetence" and who goes on a rant exclaiming how Karl wasted Melo's potential.

Melodrama was always the problem with the Thuggets (and now a problem with NY), not George Karl. He is a great coach, and he is probably on Cloud 9 right now to finally have shipped out the Melodrama and has a TEAM playing like a TEAM.

more than one. Some people just do not understand the value of coaching.
Re: So George Karl haters how do you like being educated?
George Karl has always been a good regular season coach. Nothing he's done over the last few weeks would shut up any of his critics. If he starts winning series in the playoffs then get back with us.

What does anything you posted matter? Melos been disciplined many times by Karl (most times for dumb reasons )and has never tried to get George fired, instead has still gone out to win games in Denver. And played hard. As a professional should. If Karl didn't want to coach hard for 6 years.... Then shame on him...i feel sorry for his players. And the truth is... He didn't and it cost Denver.
And its cool if Denver fans are excited about the hot nuggets. But their chance at a title is in new York. And that's in large because of George.

way to make fun of one bad elite player only to suggest trading him for another one

This to me is the worse thing a coach can do. Why ride a player after he's out of town, when you've been quiet the entire time he was there and as the coach your the biggest reason why the team allowed itself to be centered around that player.
I guess you feel differently about it, but as a casual observer with no ties to the player or the team, I've lost a good bit of respect for Karl for his comments about Melo.
