2014-15 Fantasy draft with salary cap

Would anybody be interested? There would be a few rules but they would be simple:

- You draft rosters of 10 players and 1 coach
- The players have to be current NBA or D-League players or free agents
- If they are a free agent, you go by their last salary
- If you select an injured player, you get them when they were last healthy
- The coaches have to be alive and not retired
- You must be on or below the salary cap. We'll go with the 2014/15 Luxury Tax threshold of $76,829,000

I will be Commissioner, and hopefully we get 10 to 16 dedicated posters to be the GMs (hopefully 10 or 12 max to shorten the draft time). Once the teams are drafted, you'll each submit a list with the teams in order of best to worst IYO. Once seeded, the top 8 teams will play a play-off to determine the winner. 1st vs 8th, 2nd vs 7th and so on.

In the play-offs, the GM of each team will submit a short post about why their team would win the series and then the other posters would decide. First team to get majority wins the series, or a time limit if need be.
