He is not top 5 just because he used to be and is currently injured. He could end up like Penny, Grant Hill and Roy never returning to the player he was pre injury (I know his injury is his back and not his knees or feet, but the point still stands.)

LeBron, Durant, CP3, Kobe, Melo are all clearly better than Howard.
