My vote goes to New York Knicks. Biggest City in the country with a basketball loving crowd which makes them really rich and yet they have only 2 titles.
They should be ashamed that teams like Maimi and Spurs have done better than them in way lesser time. Both Miami and San Antonio are not big markets.

It's easily the Knicks, considering that they havnt won't a championship in 40 years even with all the crutches they've been given: biggest market in the world, getting payment from the Nets when they moved to the NBA, Ewing draft rigging, etc.
