As Funk said we don't need him because we have a young developing team and we don't know what we have in Ross. It would actually be more worth it to let Calderon expire and give the young guys some burn than to pick up a one year rental guy that will help us make the 8th seed for no reason.

Is this the default trade ? Calderon for Martin straight up - or entension revision of the 1st round pick "protection".

Would Martin play here with Lowry ? Are they buddies ?

Would he agree to come here and play the 3 and sign loonger mid term ?

We are a young rebuilding team and need to give guys like derozen and Ross burn.

And Martin is injury prone.
