    The police has confirmed the attacker was a 21-year-old Syrian refugee but have not released his name. The motive for the attack is unclear.

    Some more Euro terrorism: Apparently there is a hostage situation currently in Normandy, France. Two people with knives have circa 4 people captive in a church. Reports of shots fired.
