Obama bailed out irresponsible business model/practices with government money.

Trump rallied consumers to make their feelings known and use the power of the purse to make the business itself amend its policies.


In other words, Trump did it the way it's supposed to be done, Obama took a shortcut that sets a bad precedent and would be unsustainable long term.
