    Note the ridiculous midrange jumper even at that age, well beyond any perimeter player today save for Kobe. Dude was something like 15-17 FG in the first half for 32 points against two excellent defenders. Unreal.

    kobe's midrange is overrated, if his midrange is as good as MJ's then his efg% would be like MJ too

    Why do people insist on trying to push Kobe and LeBron next to MJ? Both are great, but neither are as good as Jordan was. Someday we'll see a better player, but for now, just enjoy these guys for being one of the best.

    While Kobe had only one 40+ point finals game, Jordan averaged 41 ppg for entire series in 1993 Finals.

    Jordan played in 35 games in NBA Finals and had;
    50+ point game 1 time.
    40+ point game 6 times.
    30+ point game 23 times.
    Never had a 20 or less point game.
    Highest scoring game: 55
    Lowest scoring game: 22

    Bryant played in 37 games in NBA finals and had;
    Never had a 50 or more point game.
    40+ point game 1 time.
    30+ point game 13 times.
    20- point game 8 times.
    Highest scoring game: 40
    Lowes scoring game: 8 (actually 2 but he had an injury early in that game, played 9 mins only)

    You're a proven idiot sir. Have a good day.

    only reason jordan didn't score 81pt in his career is because he never jacked up so many 3's in a game. to score 81, you would have to make alot of 3's for sure. Kobe made 7 3's when he scored 81.

    MJ's 69pt game he made 2 3pters. if he made 7 3pters MJ would've scored 74. and MJ attempted 37 fga. kobe jacked it up 46 times.

    and yes, 69/18/6/4stls > 81/6/2/3

    Sometimes I fell late 80's and 90's defenses are overrated.
