This thread is dedicated to one of the most underrated performers in Cavs history. "Big Z" has had to overcome many obstacles, both personally and professionally. Due to foot problems, he missed a total of 287 games in his first 6 seasons, but is now one of the more durable players in the league, only missing a handful of games since. Off the court, he has had to battle insomnia and his wife giving birth to stillborn twins.
Z is getting older and is starting to slow down a bit, but can still step up and put up decent numbers from time to time. He is still among the top 10 centers in the league. Given what he has had to go through, and some of the awful teams he has played with, I was especially happy for him when the Cavs won the EC.
3 cheers for big Z!
