he's playing the next game, so definitely hold. I doubt you can find a guy on the wire that has his upside. I expect him to log around 25-28mpg, which is enough for him to provide top 100 value as long as his knees hold up (which I suspect will, at least for this year anyway).
I actually expect him to play well after the AS break too. Earlier in the season when he took long breaks to rest, when he actually did come back he posted solid numbers and McMillan gave him plenty of mins. They say he had his knees scoped for short-term pain relief and it sounds like he feels good, so I think he's prob a better add than anything on most waivers.
