To be fair those dudes walked onto more talented teams than the one Lebron built.

Still Lebron has gotten almost every star in this league thinking they need to team up with 2 others or more to get a chip.

Building around with the best suitable teammates, like they did for Bron in Cleveland and Dwight in Orlando is no longer a viable option...though to me it's the better one.
