I wonder if the Warriors, even with Durant, can muster the same mental fortitude.

Kobe is 0/7 if not for Shaq, Gasol, and Artest

let's be real here. on his very peak, he couldn't even get his team to the playoffs or out of the 1st round.

You can only name three ? Two of which are absolute bums compared to the guys LeBalds played with the past decade, and the other is a former teammate of his .

LeBron, in all four of his defeats, was demolished .. ('07, '11, '14, '15), while in 2/3 of his wins he won by one possession ('13, '16). so.. his defeats are final.. obliterations.. but his wins were 50/50s, at best. we are witnessing best case scenario right now.. bran fam should be grateful for that.

LeBron had Wade averaging 27/7/5/2/2 on 55% and Bosh chipping in with 19/7 (on admittedly poor shooting) that series, and you're going to focus on Joel Anthony You pretending LeBron wasn't the main reason they lost that series is some of the worst denial I've seen on this board. Dude has an argument for top 5 all time now, just admit he sucked in the 2011 Finals

The Heat were not remotely "demolished" in 2011, they EASILY should have won the first 4 games. It took a massive collapse in Game 2 & LeBron's no show in Game 4 for the Mavs to split the first 4 games, and the Heat still barely lost those games

the 2011 Finals were not as close as the 2013 or 2016 Finals.. thats the point. Yea the Heat only lost cuz bron choked.. but the mavs in '11 didnt need a last second shot just to stay alive.. and they had siezed momentum from the late game 2 choke from there on out.

LeBron honestly really hasn't been that lucky in the Finals anyway. I know, I know, end of Game 6/Ray Allen, fine dude definitely caught some breaks that game. But you seriously think he was getting massive breaks in the other Finals?

In '07 LeBron played terribly, but his supporting cast was a joke and totally over matched against a far superior Spurs team
In '14 Wade, Bosh and the entire Heat team was god awful, LeBron certainly caught no breaks that series
In '15 he lost BOTH Kyrie & Love, wouldn't consider that lucky either
Even in '13 he had to win Game 7 with "superstar" Bosh putting up a goose egg

Green's suspension in Game 5 isn't enough to claim LeBron got lucky this year, dude had to come back from 3-1 down against the 73 win defending champs and won a Game 7 on the road

Kobe is 0-7 if not for a competent big man.

Avg.18/7/7/ while leading the team in scoring for 2 games and dropping a trip dub in another. Did James play up to par or great?....no! Was James the main reason why Miami lost the series?....most certainly not

Like I said.. starters Mike Bibby and Joel Anthony's combined avg's were 38MP, 5PPG, 5TRB and 1AST for the series. If you don't think they get no blame whatsoever..... then I don't know what to tell ya

If not for LeBron's choking in 2011, he could be 4/7.

It's a bad argument regardless. Spurs and Warriors didn't play well when it counted, but they didn't hand the championships to the Heat and the Cavs. Lebron and his teams went out and actively took it to them, while at the same time having the "luck" of the other team not playing well. But you could probably say that for many champions.

Spurs weren't the better team in 2013. Refs almost gave the Spurs that series. LeBron didn't allow it.

Its true for every championship team. There are teams that on details made it past conference finals semi finals and round 1..ended up champions.

in early 2000s..i remember lakers winning the blazers, spurs and kings on details.
