    Exclamation Has anyone else had tight pelvic floors muscles?

    I currently have this at the moment... My ass hole is shut super tight. I'm not joking, honestly. I can only poop in moderation... Can't shoot out thick logs like before.

    I've read up that the only way to relieve the tension in these muscles is to either visit a pelvic floor specialist and let them go knuckles deep in your ass and massage the muscles (serious)... Or I can buy a specially designed stick that is curved so I can shove it up my own ass and apply massage techniques to loosen up the muscles.

    I'm not joking about this... Has anyone been in this situation before?

    you should try something like this
    maybe use some kind of lotion so you don't hurt any skin, the human anus is very sensitive, also getting a boner while performing this act is perfectly normal

    Lay on your back.
    Put your feet on the floor with your knees up.
    Keep your legs and ankles together.
    It might be easiest if you get a belt and belt your knees tight together.

    Lay there for about 30 minutes and see what happens.

    This should release your psoas muscle. You probably want to google psoas release.

    Also do the horse stance in conjunction with KEVIN's suggested stretch
