I dont agree with diet thing, you can eat the most shitiest food possible and still be slim, all you have to do is watch your calorie intake. I know people that switched to healthier food choices and still are fat AF, because they dont watch how much they it.

wtf you talking about? calorie intake is 100% dependent on diet.

that said, while a healthy diet includes the right number of calories for you, it is much more than that. calories arent everything, if you are eating 1500 calories of mcdonalds every day you will feel like shit.

While true, you will never get fat at 1.5k calories per day. My point was, by solely changing diet one person is not guaranteed to lose weight.

you wont get fat, but on 1.5k mcdonalds calories you will feel like shit.

and you are wrong, unless you are already at a calorie defecit then changing diet alone absolutely can cause you to lose weight. changing diet is also the single easiest thing you can do for your weight. its a lot easier to cut sugary drinks from your diet than it is to start burning a lot of extra calories every day.

I weight about 15 pounds less now than I did when I was a senior in high school.

So, I lost 15 pounds in 10 years.

This.

You don't even need to exercise. Common sense says if you put shitty food into your body, your body is going to be shitty.

joking aside tho, if you want to go the barry bonds route this shit will make you lose weight. adderall and other amphetamine variants are also "options" if you want to pursue unhealthy shortcuts

As one of the resident ISH old farts I can attest to how hard it is to stay fit as you get older. Like others have said cutting out sugar and junk and limiting alcohol to the weekends is a good start. At some point you have to add exercise to the mix. I do cardio 2 days/week and lift 3 days/week. I've also found that cutting out as many carbs as possible helps keep the calorie count down. Simple things like taking the bun off a burger or using a low carb wrap instead of bread for a sandwich really work.

I cut out drinking beer during the weekdays and limit it to only when out at the weekends. I also bought a jump rope and will do at least 15 minutes of that 3-4 days a week. I also stopped weight training altogether and do calisthenics instead. I find I burn more calories from doing it.

I'm genuinely shocked at how fast the drop-off is as you get older. 10 years ago I could lose weight like it was nothing.

Also, stay away from anything labeled "low fat" or "non fat". These products are loaded with sugar which will cause you to gain weight a lot faster than if you just consumed the fat and burned it off.

It's actually not THAT bad. I know shorter people pushing 220.

Just monitor your blood sugar, cholesterol, and heart rate. If they're all in check no need for alarm just yet. The only thing that you're prone to immediately is joint pain, back pain, and low self esteem.

True in the sense diet is the primary factor for physical change. But it ain't easy. Eating healthy requires discipline, time and money. It's easy to eat dirty. It's a chore to eat clean.
But like any chore if you are disciplined then it becomes second nature

You have also been a daily amphetamine user for how many years now?

That sounds pretty normal.
