Default Play old school games on PSP

I have a psp and I want to play old games that I already own, but on my psp. Games from the SNES, Genesis, gameboy etc. Older games. Anybody know how I can do this without turning my psp into a brick. Anyone familiar with PSP Filer? Thanks.

find out what model and firmware you have and then just google homebrew for that. there's a bunch of guides out there.

chipped? What is that? I have an old psp the fat ones. I can't even go online on my psp because my current router has security beyond what the psp can access. Can I play DS games that I have on my hard drive somehow? These are games that I already own, but my DS broke. I would like to play them on my PSP.

Ok, I got a hombrew put in on my 6.60 PSP 1000. I put in a GBA emulator. I'm still looking for a NDS one and SNES. Not as difficult as I thought.
