Milwaukee Bucks 2013 NBA Draft
If it seems that the Milwaukee Bucks have been here before, they have.
Stuck in the middle of the National Basketball Association pecking order, at No. 15 in Thursday's draft, is familiar territory for Bucks general manager John Hammond.
The last time the Bucks had the 15th pick was 2010 and they selected 6-foot-11 center Larry Sanders.
Bucks officials knew there would be no immediate payoff but they loved Sanders' athleticism and length. And last season he made huge strides while becoming the team's starting center and a fan favorite.
Last year the Bucks had the 12th pick but traded down two spots and still picked up 6-11 power forward John Henson.
