I'm 6'3 and 1/2 without shoes and down to about 215 with like 9% body fat. I've already posted a picture of me playing basketball so I can't really lie. JEFFERSON MONEY, how did you get down to .5% body fay? That's like what 9 month old cadavers have.

i didnt think it was possible for people 6+ feet to weigh things like 155 and 170. That's like skeleton situation.

The reason they look like skeletons is because about 2/3 of the country is overweight to some extent.
