The woman on the left (Erica Kinsman) is the one who falsely accused Jameis Winston of rape He was quickly proven not guilty. Basically she regretted it and then lied... so why is she not in jail? .

Where do you get she lied and he was proven not guilty? In the last 24 hours, the AP is stating that the case is still moving forward against him.

They should, but then you open up a new box of how to determine if the woman lied. If they say they did, is one thing, but then, you'll have actual rape victims who are hesitant to testify/continue with the trial be accused of lying, and so on.

He could have literally lost millions and millions of dollars as well as years of his life because she felt the need to lie because she regretted having consensual sex with someone. Hell, the school is still in his ass and investigating the case (likely because of feminists pushing). This woman is disgusting.
