And why is that? You should really look at the stats of how much money is spent on schools in these poorer areas.
I think Baltimore for example is #2 is public school spending. They certainly aren’t in the top 2 for results.
If these communities insist on continually putting incompetent and corrupt people in local positions of power, it’s not gonna change.
