Bynum is young and seems like he just wants to "chill" whereas Kobe is hyper intense and OCD about winning.
It's not surprising that their personalities seem to clash-- my gut tells me that Bynum doesn't care much for Kobe, and doesn't put him on a pedestal at all (like so many other players)
