Default What about their current roster?

Don't get me wrong. I still say that the Bulls need to make some major changes. But what if they stayed with the same roster just with a new... better coach like Rick Carlisle who knows how to share the playing time? How would they do?

PG: Kirk Hinrich
SG: Sefolosha
SF: Luol Deng
PF: Drew Gooden
C: Noah

Bench:

PG: Chris Duhon
SG: Ben Gordon
SF: Andres Nocioni
PF: Tyrus Thomas
C: Aaron Gray

Coach: Rick Carlisle

Where does that team go with a good coach?

Duhon is a free agent. Gordon and Deng are unsigned.

The results would be the same. I sure a$$ hell hope we dont have to watch another season of Gordon, hinrich, and duhon launching up bricks all throughout the game.

I knew you'd comment on this.

What is wrong with Hinrich? He is a shooting guard asked to play point guard and defer to everyone else on the team. When Gordon went down and Hinrich became the primary scorer, he destroyed opposing defenses. Then Gordon came back and started demanding the ball, and Hughes needed his 20 shots/game to make 7 of them, and Kirk got lost in the shuffle. Thabo's offense also improved a lot over the course of the season, once he got some solid minutes and confidence. I think Thabo could be an excellent point guard, and if we slide Kirk to the 2, there could be some good offensive production coming from the two of them.

depending on team chemistry, I wouldn't be surprised to see them go to the 2nd round, especially in the East. I think they would probably still need a legit sized starting center like Samuel Dalembert to be a defensive presence inside.
