I think he's the type of guy that feels like he's going to benefit more from keeping to himself and working on his game on his own. He has his choice of trainers, coaches, a few guys around the league of his choice, and teamattes that he chooses to work with but aside from that I think he doesn't want to go around playing with guys from other teams.
He'd rather stick to himself and his group of guys that he chooses himself.
Sure they're entertaining, but these games don't really prove anything nor do they help the players who play in them improve.
Rose is strictly business and would much rather be hard at work in his own way improving his game than participate in these games that he personally probably feels like are a waste of time.
Because he seems like he's a down to earth type guy who doesn't want to get involved in this mess. He's already said it's just greedy millionaires fighting with greedy billionaires.
Dunno, I haven't been watching. But he was in some street tourney, and I believe the other was in South Korea. He didn't post either on his facebook, but he's been posting a lot more updates lately, so I hope he shares these events with us.
