Rocky Balboa Discussion (WARNING: THERE ARE SPOILERS!!)

I liked the movie, but Rocky losing at the end was pretty gay. Like come on, you bring back a legend to the widescreen for it's final installment only to see him lose at the end.

I was okay with the way it ended. I mean, do you really think a 50 something year old could hang with a 20 something year old in the ring?
And its not like he was destroyed or humiliated, Rocky himself was happy with the outcome of the fight, and that's what he wanted all along.

i agree it didnt bother me that he lost it would've ruined the whole movie if he had won!

how would it be cheesy? what's the point of making another Rocky movie if he loses his final match?

The plot should have been better too. Like Stepz getting shot and killed by Mason's crew and Rocky comes to seek revenge on them.

yeah he lost but he actually won as well think about it

It was alright. Didn't have any problem with it or the movie in general. This was a pretty safe script.

I thought they should of cut it before announcing the final decision. It didnt matter who won the fight, it was about standing toe to toe and saying I am. Good quote, couldnt resist.
