Agreed. That's 1/3 of the entire prison population. Maybe I don't travel in the right circles but I don't think I've ever known anyone, even before marijuana legalization, that went to prison soley for marijuana

That being said, marijuana shouldn't be a schedule 1 drug. And stop the federal grants to businesses for being "drug free"

imagine this, it's federal versus state, only then it seems that regardless of the intention, the laws were pushing for the gatherings of all prisoners in one state. only since its by its definition its own state, those actions are now deemed legal.

so the best way to hide this dilemma is having 3 branches of military, as it becomes easier for the classification of crime, allowing criminals to move state to state.

essentially, you can say it's a fascination with the parallel universe, which ultimately failed because even if you let the females made the rules, they still weren't the best judge of talent, unless exact actions and movements were taken into consideration, something that would end up breaking the mating practices.
