Default Honestly how big a difference does the shoe make?

I use to ball in Adidas Superstars (lowtops) And I've been through Nikes. As long as a shoe is comfortable I think, there is no effect on your game. Tell me if this is true or not.

i think aslong as theres good ankle support and sumthing under the forefoot(i forgot the proper name) they dont do any difference. The weight can be abit of a problem too. I honestly think the majority of nikes are actually the worst
