For some reason, even though Juan missed all his shots tonight, I felt more comfortable with him shooting than Fred shooting when he was in T.O.

Btw, how do you pronounce his name? Joo-An or Won?

Won like you spelled it, or I would maybe spell it 'Wan'

If you know race car drivers, Juan Pablo Montoya I believe is the drivers name, same pronounciation.

What about the following other great Juan's:

Don Juan
Don "Magic" Juan - Green is for the Money, Gold is for the honey - lmao
Juan Gonzalez aka Juan Gone (whatever happened to him)

Anyways, the one fresh thing about the Raptors is the ball movement (except when Bosh is on the floor - he's getting the rock). I think that is attributed with their point guards, and after watching Juan Dixon in Charlotte last night, he looked ok, not outstanding, but what were we to expect? He's not going to come throwing bombs on a team that moves the ball around.

IMO...Portland is the winner in this trade. They get a good fast break finisher to go along with a bench that looks like the second comming of Phoenix's fast break

Sergio Rodriguez (Steve Nash without a jumper)
Fred Jones (crazy finisher)
Travis Outlaw (D-Miles without the head games...better defense and still improving and wants to play)
LaMarcus Aldridge (Sergio's favorite guy to find on the breaks and pretty fast for a guy his size)
Jamaal Magloire (Just there to get the rebounds and outlet them to Sergio)

I feel Portland addressed actual issues on the team such as creating a serious change in tempo whenever Nate needs it...more size at shooting guard off the bench...got a better defender with Jones...got rid of a super soft Juan Dixon (altough he puts on the tough guy act...he's one of the softest in the NBA) and got rid of the one guy who was having problems inside the locker room and got Freddy to cut his contract short

While Toronto got what? Another shooter? Way to go...I can't wait till you guys get to see how many turnovers Juan has during uptempo games...its rediculous...he is a good shooter...but inconsistant...he can go for 15 one night then go for 2 and 5 turnovers the next.
