How much in food stamps do you get a month?

My girlfriend dad gets $700+ on food stamps. I have to live on 300+ so right now Im considering to be a lazy bum and live off the governement too

Damn I guess I'm the sucker that has worked his whole life including 6 days a week during HS.

I should of found a cash paying job that pays relatively well and gotten gov't assistance.

Yes, in order to have that much money you have to have 5 kids. 1 of them got pregnant now so she is going to be kicked of her home as long as the government find them housing

What I don't understand is why he gets the money off the kids over 18 though...that doesn't make sense to me.
