unbelieveable atmosphere at the arena and uptown in general last night. I think I'm over the shock now and can see that maybe this could be a positive for the team. one question: where did all these celtics fans come from and where have they been the last 10 years?

All of these Celtic fans have no idea about their tradition or anything. They just see a cool looking green jersey and become fans. Their almost as bad as the bandwagon Red Sox fans of a couple years ago. Either way, Im glad we got a sell out.

This is exactly right. Saw a lot of new looking Celtics gear on people.

Bad thing is the attendance will go back down to around 12,000 a game.

With the Panthers playing so horrifically bad, now is the time for the Bobcats to earn some new fans.

How true. The Panthers were literally unwatchable today.

To say that their season has been disappointing is the understatement of the season. I have tickets for next Sunday against the SF '49ers and I'm trying hard to look forward to the game. Maybe the Panthers will hand me a nifty birthday present and get a win over SF.

I hope that you get that nifty birthday present. What are the odds that I get a nice birthday present from the Panthers on Dec. 22 with a win over Dallas?

Depends partly on who's doing the quarterbacking and partly on whether the rest of the team wakes up prior to showing up for the game.

There will be more Cowboy fans in that stadium than Panther games come gametime.
