Default ☆Official Steve Nash Thread: Officially Retires from basketball, thank you Mr. Nash

I think it's pretty clear that Nash hurts the Lakers more than he gives, he's a veteran who's too much of a defensive liability.

He's been injury prone which doesn't allow the team to be consistant having the PG hurt.

Well it's time to retire, the only role he can play now, should be limited minutes off the bench and we know he won't accept that. MDA won't do a Tmac to Nash.

Yes, if he can't put anything in the tank this season he just retire at the end of the year.

He's done and should retire. Just a lot of nagging injuries and he can't even play in back to back games.

We need to get someone to back up Blake and Farmar.

I remember thinking he and Dwight would make a nasty combination (in a good way)... that feels like a long time ago.

He should retire with the Suns.

Feel bad for him cause as a Suns fan I really want him to retire with a ring.

He should sign with the Heat before retiring

Sadly the lakers dont want him to retire because he is better off served as a contract expirer and a locker room guy asset to trade for next year.

I think he should... He's just destroying his body and vastly decreasing his quality of life after retirement

Is a eddy curry/juwan howard ring something to be proud of?

It's not but I could see Nash contributing a bit.

He should come off the bench and mentor the younger players.
