Some of those picks in the 1st round were shocking, infact some of them were not even political leaders. Who ever placed Queen Elizabeth 1 in like the 5th round below Oliver Cromwell clearly has no idea about British history. And those who were going down the old Politcal theorist route with Karl Marx for example decide to leave out possibly the most influential writer of modern History. One who pratically wrote the ideas of Democracy and was a huge influence on American history let alone European.
