However, I can't for the life of me find the annual reports of CAA, William Morris Endeavor, BBE Booking Agency, or any other talent agency for that matter.

Even finding an industry evaluation has been difficult.

If anyone can find me an annual report that I can base my sales estimates on I will rep them and be very thankful.
You should have picked a publicly owned firm where the financial statements are readily available.

I don't know these companies or agency you are researching. You may not even be able to find this kind of info since they do not need to be disclosed to the public.

I have to provide documentation showing what made me come up with the number I estimated.

You are screwed to be honest with you unless you call the company and beg for them to give you info, which I would doubt, unless you prove you are doing a report, which is impossible.

Why you would pick a Private Partnership is puzzling when you can do it on a public company.

This is the only way how I would approach this project:

    - I would find out the total amount of money the industry is making.

    - Find out their market share into that total. That would give you a rough estimate or/and percentage of how much they gross.

    - From that I would just find out how much you expect to make in your business plan.

That makes the most sense. I will probably go this route. Thanks a bunch.
