I remember seeing this guy in a dunk contest a while back. He's got some mad hops and seems to be a guy that will do some dirty work too. I saw him in one of the regular season finales agains Milwaukee and he looked like a keeper. Any word on whether this Pistons will allow him to take a bigger role in the rotation. He and Jason Maxiell should definately get more PT with Ben gone....

I would like to see them get more burn, but I doubt it'll happen. Amir has tons of potential, so I like his prospects. Max looks like he could be a solid roleplayer.

When the pistons selected him 56th overall in the 2005 draft, they knew that they were dealing with a 3-4 year project. With Ben gone, I think it will open up more playing time for both players, but I think Maxiell with benefit more as he is the most experienced and NBA ready player. I think Amir will go to the D-League again, only to be called back because a big man is injured. I hope he gets a bigger role because he has a shown a small amount of what he's capable of. As for Jason, I look for him to have a solid year. Also, i like Tayshuan to breakout this year.
I think everyone is gonna step up their game, most notably Prince. He's gonna have a very good season. I like Jason Maxiell and i hope he gets more playing time
I played against him in high school. THe man was a beast at Westchester. He had that mix of size and athleticism and would always dominate, Id love to see him get more PT in the pros. I remember stealing the ball from him and on the other end of the court as I went up for the dunk, homie swatted me from behind and that was the first time I ever got blocked on a dunk attempt
